Class order envelopes have been placed in your pigeon holes today. Please distribute one envelope per child. Students wishing to have a photo with their siblings who attend the school can collect a sibling envelope from the school office. The photographers have listed below a few points to keep in mind for a smooth photo day.
1. Please arrive with your whole class 5 minutes before your scheduled photo time and ensure that no children are missing.
2. Make sure everyone is in the correct uniform.
3. Have students lined up boys and girls tallest to shortest.
4. All students must be in the class group photo and have an individual photo taken (regardless of whether they are ordering or not).
5. ADVISE PHOTOGRAPHY STAFF OF ANY STUDENT/S WHO ARE NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN SCHOOL PHOTOS
The following information is for parents and has been included in the school newsletter. Hopefully it will help if you get any parent enquiries.
An order envelope has been given to each student. Please take time to read the relevant information on the payment envelope and remember these helpful points:
• Complete student details on the order envelope – please fill in one envelope for each student purchasing.
• Don’t seal envelopes inside each other as each child needs to have their own envelope on photo day
• Remind students to return their completed envelope to the photographer WHEN photos are taken on Tuesday 21 March
• Family/Sibling envelopes are available at the school office upon request. Sibling Photos will be taken on photo day from 8:00am in the Hall. Siblings must attend with completed sibling envelope for photo to be taken.
• If you are paying by cash, enclose the correct payment as no change is given. Cash payments are due on photo day.
• Credit Card payments can be made prior to photo day via our online ordering system at www.qldschoolphotography.com.au Reference number must be recorded on envelope and handed to the photographers on photo day
• Late Orders for individual photos can be placed online for 1 week after photo day. After this time, a $15 search fee will apply to all orders.
• Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our photographers are limiting assisting students with grooming (eg. neaten hair/uniform etc.) Please assist by ensuring your child presents neat and tidy on photo day. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer and tissues will be available for staff and student use throughout the day.
